The company was honored for its BlueBox Intelligent Water Analytics System, which collects, validates, and synchronizes continuous data from online water quality sensors, network diagnostic sensors, valves and control systems. It enables early detection of highly sensitive water quality abnormalities and insights on network events in the distribution system.  Israel is renowned for its innovative water technologies, from drip irrigation to developing techniques that allows farmers to plant crops in arid land.

Every screen has the apps and commands arranged in a square. The phone reads the command when users simply move their fingers and executes the command when they lift the finger off.

The first unlocked phones were recently released for the Israeli and European markets. In June, they'll be arriving in the U.S., available either unlocked or as part of a contract.

The app can also identify the road's boundaries to prevent the driver from leaving the road.

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://itrade.gov.il/us-chicago/2013/04/16/international-technology-partnership-to-focus-on-water-problems/">International Technology Partnership between UChicago and BGU to Focus on Water Problems</a></p><p>The University of Chicago and Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU), which was founded by an Israeli government mandate to lead the development of the Negev desert, signed an agreement to begin exploring a research partnership that would create new water production and purification technologies for deployment in regions of the globe where fresh water resources are scarce.  BGU has been at the forefront of advanced basic and applied water-related research and has developed numerous innovative technologies in the field. UChicago and BGU researchers will meet in Be&#8217;er Sheva to begin discussing interdisciplinary, collaborative water-related research projects.</p>

Campus TLV part of the Google for Entrepreneurs program to foster global entrepreneurship and innovation and will offer entrepreneurs access to Google's expertise and devices.

Part of the program for startups coming to work at the Campus TLV is a two-week Launchpad pre-accelerator program for very early-stage startups that come through Campus TLV partner incubators, developer hubs and academic institutions.
