Experts agree that only circularity can transform the enormous flow of commodities we are facing today towards sustainability. One sector that receives more and more attention is the textile industry. Studies have shown that up to 10% of the global greenhouse gas emissions come from the fashion industry. As of 2025 strict EU-regulations will be mandatory and put the spotlight on the sector.

Israel has shown outstanding capabilities here. To give just one example, with new technologies from the Startup-Nation, more than 90% of the textile can be recycled while current methods reach up to 15% only.

So come and join us for the upcoming German – Israeli business meetup!

The event is going to be attended by Israeli and German professionals, influencers, and decision-makers working to advance a circular economy to learn from each other and discuss possible collaboration to achieve mutual universal goals for the Circular City of the future. The panel discussion will include industry specialists and public representatives. The meetup is part of a year-long cooperation between Israeli and German ecosystems in the field of sustainability and circular economy. The Program, started by Re-Fresh Global and Circular Berlin, supported by the  German-Israeli Future Foundation aims to build a strong relationship and business collaborations between the two countries to implement innovation and circular economy models.

Get to know experts from both countries and learn about solutions that will help to pave the path towards a sustainable economy.
