Founded in 2017, NanoScent is developing a Scent Recognition platform used by world’s largest companies for the aims of environmental protection, employee safety,
energy efficiency and personal wellbeing. NanoScent offers a system to visualize volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odours in order to make better decisions, save
millions of dollars and protect the community from dangerous chemicals.

Combining patented sensing technologies with machine learning algorithms, NanoScent offers the first API for air content.

Driven by climate change awareness, corporations and governments set goals and incentives toreduce CO2 emission and energy consumption.

One of NanoScent customers estimated that 136,413 tons of CO2 can be saved every year, by reducing the group’s ventilation energy by 40% based on VOC measurements.
Calculated into USD this equals to $21,000,000.

Methyl ethyl ketone, Pygas, Dichlorobenzene, Cyclohexanone, Trimethyl benzene, Hexyl
acetate, Chloroform, Chlorobenzene, 2-Pentanone, Diacetone Alcohol, Ethyl-Benzene
Scents tested: Engine oil, Vomit, Urine, Beer and alcohol, Human body odor, Food
quality, Fecal matter, Fragrances, Pet smells, Mildew
