Project Description

Teva Deli is a family-owned and operated R&D and manufacturer of plant-based alternative proteins company located in Dimona, Israel.
By combining tradition and innovation, they are on a mission to develop cutting-edge, high-quality, and nutritious plant-based foods in harmony with the UN SDG initiatives.

Plant-based protein sources have been proven to reduce negative environmental impacts associated with meat production, as livestock is a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, soil erosion, and water consumption.

Teva Deli has been developing and producing high-quality vegan foods since 1995 and has over 80 products ranging from Burgers to ready-to-eat dishes. All Teva Deli’s products contain only high-quality and nutritional ingredients, using whole grains and healthy ingredients with high nutritional density (such as adzuki, quinoa, and flaxseeds).  They continue to innovate and develop new product lines utilizing superfoods such as spirulina, chia seeds, and amaranth.

Teva Deli continues to invest in FoodTech and R&D as well as expanding its international operations to allow for international growth in plant-based foods, a trend supported by changes in consumer demands and growing health and environmental awareness.

Teva Deli offers R&D services, private label manufacturing, and partnership opportunities for wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.

Teva Deli has already opened manufacturing operations in Ghana under the brand name of So Nkwa Hwe.
With growing health and environmental awareness among the local population and Ghana being an attractive destination for the expatriate community, it is the vision of So Nkwa Hwe to provide the local population and other ECOWAS countries with high-quality, locally-produced, affordable plant-based food options.
Leveraging tradition, local agriculture, and Israeli innovation, So NKWA HWE is poised to revolutionize plant-based food R&D and manufacturing in developing markets.
They are open to collaboration with local and international investors, distributors, and wholesalers within the retail and foodservice (HoRaCa) industry.
They are seeking companies with experience in end-to-end business development, “Go-to-Market” execution, and distribution channel management.
