Israeli Medical device company, Given Imaging said Monday that regulators in Japan have approved its pill-sized diagnostic camera for use in diagnosing diseases of the colon.
The digestible pill allows to examine the GI tract non-invasively and is a major breakthrough in treating bowel diseases.
