The Israeli Agro-technology start-up Kaiima has completed another round of financing reaching a value of more than 300 M$ USD.
According to the Israeli economic website “Calcalist”, the main investors are Horizons Ventures from HK and the World Bank.
Kaiima is a next-generation seed and breeding-technology company. Kaiima develops new non-GMO crops with dramatically improved productivity and improved land and water-use efficiencies. Using Kaiima’s new high-performance varieties and using thoughtful agro-technical practices, farmers all over the world can generate more food and more energy while sustaining the land and water resources that we all share.
