Promotion of Indo-Israel Cooperation in Health care and Diagnostic segment
Gearing up for Med In Israel 2015 being held during 23-26 March 2015 in Tel Aviv, Israel.
The health care and diagnostic segment in India is growing rapidly, creating a major potential market for importing medical equipment and medical devices in India. The medical technology sector is highly under-penetrated, contributing merely seven to eight per cent of the spending on health care, compared to 18 per cent on pharmaceuticals. The medical technology sector has the potential to touch $50 billion by 2025, if it gets ample government support and clarity, in terms of policy and regulation. Currently, India imports around 70 per cent of the medical devices used here.

Hi,
We are a young healthcare technology venture incubated in Bangalore and focusing on affordable diagnostics. We would love to attend Med in Israel but have the usual constraints facing a young venture.
I have two questions:
1. Are there any financial incentives available that can help us attend Med in Israel 2015?
2. Does this forum enable and foster any collaborations or partnerships with Israeli companies at a similar stage of development?
Look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Jay
