Over 1,200 participants from around the world will arrive at Tel-Aviv to take part in the NanoIsrael 2016 – The 5th international
Nanotechnology Conference & Exhibition. The participants will experience lectures by leading figures of the Nano-science world, learn about the most influential innovations and get a chance to invest in Israel’s most promising Start-Ups
Israel is renowned for its achievements in innovative products and solutions. Over the past decade Israel has established itself as a key player in nanotechnology, providing new and exciting opportunities and solutions in the Nano arena.
The 5th bi-annual international “NanoIsrael” conference & exhibition will be held on February 2016. The conference will deal with the most promising innovations and business opportunities in the fields of materials, medicine, mobile, aviation, semiconductors and other major industrial branches, will serve as a meeting point for top researchers and leaders from Israel and abroad, and will give the visitors a first look at cutting-edge technologies, leading scientific achievements and unique business and investment opportunities.
The previous “NanoIsrael” conference was held at 2014 and has drawn over 1,000 participants. The upcoming conference, which will take place on the 22nd-23rd of February at the Smolarz Auditorium, Tel-Aviv University, is expected to host over 1,200 visitors from around the world.
Amongst the topics covered: scientific innovation presented by top scientists and speakers, through technologies on the verge of commercialization, dozens of innovative start-ups, multinationals seeking collaborations, top defense related bodies from Israel and abroad, a Nano-Education session, government agencies and a display of 20 of the latest innovations and products.
The conference will also have a Nano-Art contest that’ll exhibit the most beautiful Nano related artwork and the Israeli Industrial Center for R&D (MATIMOP) in cooperation with The Office of the Chief Scientist will display some of the the most important innovations at the conference.
NanoIsrael 2016 is organized by the “Kenes Exhibitions” company in cooperation with the Israeli National Nanotechnology Initiative (INNI), the 6 nanocenters at the leading universities and the Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS),.
The conference’s chairpersons are Prof. Ori Cheshnovsky a distinguished and highly recognized researcher at the Tel Aviv University, Prof. Yael Hanein head of Tel-Aviv University’s Nano Center, and Mr. Rafi Koriat renowned industrialist and a member of the INNI management..
