Indian Agricultural sector is thriving for major structural transformations. Though it continues to accommodate the major share of the workforce, the sector is prone to output fluctuations even after establishing better input facilities and technology like irrigation, High yielding seeds, changes in cropping pattern etc.

With lots of similarities in multiple aspects Israel excellence in Agro technology is already proving and will continue to prove as a suitable match to improve on/ off farm productivity and global competitiveness.

This year, the Economic and Trade Mission, Embassy of Israel, New Delhi is planning to have an Agriculture delegation in the month of July (July 23-29, 2016) from India to Israel covering all the major aspects of Israeli agricultural strength and innovation. 

On B2B front for this particular delegation, apart from scheduled field visits  and roundtables, there will be day scheduled for B2B meetings with Israeli companies in Tel Aviv for Indian Delegation. The Israeli companies which we are in touch with are presently looking at setting up their manufacturing facility in India with local partner, Distribution/ JV and partnering on project basis.
