2There are still many areas in Chennai which are now developed into big residential complexes, shopping malls, etc. there places need to tackle water management issues, notably water leakages problems.
Recently, Dr. Shai Moses the Israeli Economic Consul to South India, and myself, have visited Chennai and met, among many others, the COO of Tamil Nadu Water Investment Company. the MD of CMWSSB, the Director and other members of CII, FICCI Head of Southern Council and its members and also visited the HQ of Wabag India. In all of the meetings we received keen interest for collaboration with Israeli water related companies.

Israeli Companies have technologies in Water viz. Waste Water Treatment, Desalination, Effluent Treatment, Sewage treatment both industrial and domestic, detecting leakages, reverse osmosis, water meters detecting levels of water and the consumption etc. etc.
