Mr. Amir Rapaport, Founder of Cybertech and Editor-in-Chief of Israel Defense visited Mumbai on 19th and 20th November 2018. Amir is an author and veteran military correspondent for Israeli publications such as Maariv and Yediot Achronot, researcher at the Begin-Sadat Strategic Studies Center, and the host of the “Security Strip” radio program.
The agenda of his visit was to promote Cybertech Tel Aviv, which is the most significant conference and exhibition of cyber technologies outside of the United States. Cybertech Tel Aviv is scheduled to be held in Tel Aviv, Israel from 28th – 30th January 2019.
During his 2 day visit to Mumbai, Mr. Rapaport addressed CISO’s from leading banks at a round table session organized by the Indian Bank’s Association at their venue in Mumbai. He personally invited the Indian Bank’s Association to bring a delegation of its members for Cybertech Tel Aviv.
Mr. Amir also met the governing body of CIO Klub in Mumbai to plan for a proposed delegation of CIO’s for the Cybertech event in Israel in January 2019.
Apart from this Mr. Amir had one to one meetings with companies, industry associations and regulators in Mumbai and personally invited them for Cyber Tech Tel Aviv.
