Around 1.5 billion people around the world suffer from speech, visual or language impairments. There are various therapy methods that prove helpful but when it comes to constant at-home care, AI is your friend.

TikTalk’s cloud-based virtual assistant uses games and props to engage users. This proves very effective in children with speech impairments as they can practice articulation skills that they learn in speech therapy. This technology also incorporates eight customised video games, which are developed with the help of speech language pathologists (SLPs), to boost articulation skills and to provide real-time feedback and follow-ups.

Practiced sounds are recorded and stored in the cloud so the SLP can monitor progress and adjust accordingly. Parents can also receive the recordings to follow their child’s progress.
