It was an amazing experience to host the Israeli Business Delegation which was headed by the Israeli Foreign Minister, H.E. Mr. Eli Cohen in Delhi during May 9 & 10, 2023.

#business #collaboration #medical #water #agriculture #tourism The Ministry of Economy & Industry of Israel in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, Embassy of Israel in India, Manufacturers’ Association of Israel, the Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute, Israel- Asia Chamber of Commerce and the Confederation of Indian Industry organized the Special Interaction with the Israeli Foreign Minister, H.E. Mr. Eli Cohen on 9th May 2023 at Taj Palace, New Delhi. The Minister was accompanied by a high-level 35-member Business Delegation from Israel from Water, Agriculture, Medical, Tourism, Cleantech sectors etc.

The Economic Mission had set an agenda comprising of visit to IFC and organized a Business Forum in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry in which over 250 Indian companies attended and had business discussions with the Israeli delegation.

The Session was also addressed by Dr. Ron Tomer, President, Manufacturers’ Association of Israel, H.E. Mr. Naor Gilon, Ambassador of Israel to India and Mr Rakesh Bharti Mittal, the Past President, CII, Vice Chairman, Bharti Enterprises.

The most important outcome of this Business Forum was the Three MoUs signed between CII and the Manufacturers’ Association of Israel, The Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute & Israel- Asia Chamber of Commerce. The Business Forum consisted of 100s of successful meetings with the Indian companies.
