Argentina files dispute against the US on imports of lemons

Yesterday, Argentina notified the WTO Secretariat of a request for consultations with the US on measures applied by the US to imports of fresh lemons from the north-western region of Argentina. Argentina also claims that the measures of the US appear to cancel or impair the benefits for Argentina derived, directly or indirectly, from the relevant WTO Agreements.
