Israel’s statement at MC12

Following the Opening Ceremony of MC12 on 12 June, Ministers and Heads of Delegation delivered statements to WTO Members as part of the Session on the Challenges Facing the Multilateral Trading System. Ahead of the Conference, Members were also invited to pre-record an extended version of their statement to be posted on the WTO website.

Israel’s statement, which was delivered by H.E. Mr. Ohad Cohen, the Trade Commissioner for Ministry of Economy and Industry, touches upon food security, WTO reform and the environment, among other key trade topics.
