In early November, Europe gathered for the annual European Utility Week in Amsterdam. The focus of the event was smart solutions for the Utility market.
European Utility Week brought together 10,000 of Europe’s thought leaders and visionaries behind the world’s most successful utilities and solution providers.
The exhibition also played host to the Israel Pavilion, which presented ten leading Israeli companies featuring solutions for the energy market.
Excitingly, one of the Israeli exhibitors, Aqua-Rimat – Leak Buster, won the event’s product innovation award for Smart Home and End User Engagement.
During the three day show, there were over 100 pre-arranged meetings between Israeli companies and interested visitors.
The Economic & Trade Mission in London coordinated meetings between the Israeli exhibitors and UK utilities, investors, advisors and integrators. These meetings were very successful and the feedback so far has been extremely positive.
In total, there were close to 20 meetings between UK companies and Israeli exhibitors, from which we hope to see some promising partnerships develop over the coming months.
