NYC brands and investors sold on Israeli #Retailtech (wrap-up)

On June 5, 12 Israeli companies with solutions for the retail technology space visited NYC to meet with leading brands, technology partners and investors.  The group stopped through New York following their exhibition at the IRCE Chicago.

The morning conference, hosted by Loeb & Loeb on Park Avenue, featured a Panel of VCs listening to each of the companies.  The VC panel included representatives from Brand Foundry Ventures, Basset Investment Group and Social Starts.

Following the panel and pitches, the Israeli companies sat for more than 60 one-on-one meetings.  The meetings followed a ‘speed dating’ format, where the 12 Israeli companies were classified into three distinct technology groups:

  • Customer Engagement;
  • Customer Experience;
  • and Targeted Advertising, Insights and Analytics.

Feedback from  the event has been very positive.
