From January 6-9, the Israel Economic Missions in North America and the Israel Export Institute organized an Israeltech pavilion at CES in Las Vegas.
Consumer Electronics Show is the largest show if its kind during the year, and is heavily attended by high-ranking executives and decision makers from almost every technology company and brand. At CES, companies and attendees show off both emerging and market-ready technologies and products poised to take the world by storm. CES last year was attended by more than 200,000 people, around 60,000 of them coming in from overseas. This is the second year in a row that the Ministry of Economy and IEI have teamed up to organize an Israeli pavilion.
In the run-up to the conference, Israel Economic Missions around the world succeeded in organizing around 300 pre-scheduled meetings for the Israeli companies in the pavilion. In total, during the show, we helped arrange nearly 600 one-on-one meetings for Israeli companies at CES.
The night before the event, on the evening of January 5th, the Israel Economic Mission in San Francisco organized a VIP and networking reception in Las Vegas, where attendees and tech executives had a chance to get an intimate view at our companies and technologies. The VIP reception hosted around 50 people, and the networking reception hosted an estimated 120.
