More than 60 Israeli companies are set to come together for the country’s first TLV ConsTech & PropTech Week, taking place in Tel Aviv from March 30th to April 2nd.
The event will celebrate the flourishing ecosystem in which real estate, construction and technology meet. Israel is a global leader for startups and technologies in this field, having launched the world’s first construction tech hub in 2017 and seen the number of startups in the property technology market increase by more than 240% over the past five years, with more than $200 million invested.
Investors & VCs, constructors, real estate developers, ESCO groups and technology professionals from across the globe can look forward to networking with industry leaders, hearing keynote speeches and panel discussions led by industry leaders, and experiencing live demos of cutting-edge technologies – from augmented and virtual reality applications, to smart buildings and robotics.
Here is a selection of companies that will be showcasing their innovations:
- LightYX is developing a unique autonomous device that projects an Augmented Reality of construction blueprints using a laser onto any surface with an accuracy of 3 millimeters.
- Since 2018, OKIBO has been making waves in the construction industry with its autonomous plastering robots, which operate alongside construction workers on-site. These versatile robots can perform a multitude of tasks that would otherwise require manual labor, thereby saving time and money on construction projects, as well as improving safety by carrying out potentially dangerous work, so that humans do not have to.
- Criaterra develops innovative construction materials that are designed for high performance and introduce circular economy solutions in construction.
As a city that boasts one startup for every 1,400 people, it is little wonder that Tel Aviv is at the heart of the burgeoning Cons and PropTech market. This event, is initiated and produced by the Israeli Export Institute and the Foreign Trade Administration at the Ministry of Economy and Industry, in partnership with Intel and sponsored by BuiltUp Ventures and Tidhar, is an unparalleled opportunity to experience the technologies that are building the future.
