The Economic and Trade Mission of Israel would like to introduce a new plan for market entry and development offered and operated by Hai Phong Science and Technology Development and Innovation Center (ISC) under the Department of Science and Technology of Hai Phong city.
In 2022, the Economic and Trade Mission of Israel has cooperated with ISC to successfully organize a number of events, focusing on Cyber, Logistics (port and mobility), water and Agriculture technologies.

In order to better support Israeli companies to connect to local enterprises in Hai Phong and other provinces and to spread information about Israeli enterprises’ technologies and products, ISC Hai Phong plans to set up a showroom for only Israeli technologies in the fields of agriculture and water treatment in Hai Phong with following details:

✓ Grand opening: late September 2022
✓ Exhibiting duration: 2 periods

1. First period: 12 months

2. Second period: pending to success evaluation of the first period, the display area will be maintained for 24 additional months with both existing companies and new Israeli companies.
✓ Location of the showroom: Level 1 of ISC’s Headquarter (detailed map is enclosed herewith)
✓ Supports by ISC:

1. Setting up the show including background, screens, platforms and any other booth accessories needed for the showcasing of the solutions.
2. Setting up a special department to introduce and connect Israeli companies (whose products/ demo are displayed in exhibiting area) to organizations/companies and individuals from Hai Phong and neighboring regions that have desire to know more about agriculture and water treatment technologies of Israel.
3. [Optional] Acting as local partner of Israeli companies who are looking for distributors in Vietnam. For these companies, ISC will have separate meetings to learn about their requirements, expectations and business model in order to see how to accommodate their needs.
4. Covering all operational costs of the exhibition (power, security, etc.)

✓ Contribution by Israeli exhibitors/companies
1. Shipping their demo units to Hai Phong City (The Economic and Trade Mission of Israel to Vietnam could assist with finding the best and cheapest way to do so).
2. Contribute a “commitment fee” of 450 USD that will be used for decoration and design of the exhibiting area. The fee will be transferred directly to ISC.

Since ISC targets for grand opening ceremony late Sept 2022, you are kindly requested to register and send us information about your intended demo no later than August 25th 2022.
